Fully auto edge folded pre-stretch film rewinding machine PPD-PARW600 is made for pre-stretching rewinding of the mother roll into small roll.By the different setting of pre stretch ratio,it results the different ratio of pre-stretch purpose of rewinding roll.
Machine is optional for folding edge/hemmed edge on two side of pre-stretch baby.
Machine is optional for oscillating rewinding to make fluffy roll.it is an additional parts,can switch off when to do the pre stretch roll rewinding without folding edge as a standard tight pre-stretch roll.
Machine completes building by PLC program controlling,Inverter controlling motor with HMI to operate by full color of touch screen for ergonomics user friendly,it is self-diagnosis if any error appears.Very ideal for the non-skilled operator to start the machine.
Our machine is designed to considered of both cast film/extrusion film,and blown film.The both film type can perfectly work on our machine.
This is very High speed model at 650 meter per minute ,it has been CE certified and ROHS certified to secure the premium level of safety,and environmental issue for premium market of Europe.
As multi-functional purpose,this model can work as a standard stretch film rewinding at very hgih speed 800m/min.
