3 shaft Automatic gluing food paper aluminium foil rewinding machine is an multi-functional model for making the finished product of food paper roll,and aluminium foil roll.Includes food wax paper,food silicon paper,PE food wrap paper,baking paper etc,aluminium house foil roll,catering foil roll etc.
The model adopts with centering rewinding method as it is a way for food paper rewinding,the length control is very precise by the meter wheel counting system to co-work with magnetic powder break clutch system with 50N.m.
PLC programmed unit+Touch screen design making the machine operation is very friendly for the operator.
Machine is at very practical price by semi automatic level,but the operation is very automatic.The working process indication as following:
Automatic gluing-Automatic starting rewind-Automatic stop when length set arrives-Automatic unloading--Cutting off the finished roll by top knife-Automatic changing the next new core to rewind.
