Aluminium foil embossing rewinder is designed for 2 shaft exchanged model for aluminium house foil roll rewinding with the option for embossing.After our machine rewinding,the plain foil will become embossed after the special embossed roll impressing.
Machine speed at max 650m/minute designed for very high speed,the different mother roll size accepted,3inch and 6inch both accept.
The different finished product size also accepted for different diameter of paper core,32,35,38,40mm etc.
Machine with complied with smart hub of PLC to make the machine movement,all program is with very human using friendly.
The simple operation is on touch screen,the click only requires on the screen page.user can run this machine with less machine knowledge.
Machine is with perfect working for Cling film too,include PE food stretch wrap.PVC food clign film etc.
