Usage of cling film cutter
The cling film cutter is a convenient and practical kitchen utensil that can help us easily cut cling film and improve our work efficiency.
Firstly, we need to prepare a plastic wrap cutter and a roll of plastic wrap. The cling film cutter usually consists of two parts, the upper part is a fixed cutting blade, and the lower part is a rotatable cutting box. There is a cutting gap on the cutting box that allows the cutting blade to pass through.
The first step is to open the plastic wrap cutter. Lift the upper cover of the cutting box to fully expose the cutting blade, while pushing the lower cover to the lowest position. This ensures that we can easily insert the cling film and perform cutting.
Step two, insert the cling film into the cutting box. Firstly, fold one end of the cling film to an appropriate width to fit the size of the cutting box. Then, insert one end of the folded plastic wrap into the gap of the cutting box and ensure that it is tightly attached to the bottom of the cutting box. At this point, the cling film should be horizontal and parallel to the cutting box.
Step three, cut the cling film to the desired length. Insert the armrest of the cling film into the bottom of the cutting box, slide along the cutting box until the desired length of cling film is cut off. The cutting blade will cut the cling film in the gaps of the cutting box, so we only need to gently slide the cutting box without excessive force.
Step four, take out the cut plastic wrap. Lift up the cut plastic wrap and remove it from the mouth of the cutting box. At this point, we can see that the cling film has been perfectly cut to the desired length, and both ends are neat.
