The three difference between cling film and stretch film
I. Different nature
STRETCH FILM:
It is the earliest in China to use PVC as the base material, DOA as the plasticizer and self-adhesive effect to produce PVC stretch film.
CLING FILM:
It is a plastic packaging product, usually made of ethylene as a masterbatch through polymerization.
II. Different characteristic：
STRTECH FILM:
(1) Unitization: With the film's superior winding force and retractability.
(2) Primary protection: It provides surface protection of the product and forms a very light and protective appearance around the product, so as to achieve the purpose of dustproof, oil-proof, moisture-proof, waterproof.
(3) Compression fixation: The product is packaged by the retraction force after the packaging film is stretched to form a compact and space-free whole, effectively preventing dislocation and movement.
(4) Cost saving: The use of wrapping film for product packaging can effectively reduce the cost of use.At the same time, it can reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the packaging efficiency and packaging grade.
CLING FILM:
(1) It is easy to be pulled out and cut open;
(2) It is easy to combine with glass ceramics and stainless steel masks.
(3) It is nearly transparent without wrinkles, and the thickness varies;
(4) Can withstand general pulling force.
III. Different applications
STRETCH FILM:
(1) Food can be directly packaged.
(2) Single-sided sticky products can be manufactured to reduce the noise during winding and stretching.
(3) It is mainly used in conjunction with pallets to package scattered commodities as a whole instead of small containers.
CLING FILM:
(1) Cover food utensils to avoid bacterial infection.
(2) Packaged foods that are easy to preserve (eg sandwiches).
(3) Refrigerate the soup bowl with plastic wrap to separate the oil from the soup.
