Automatic Single-Shaft VS Multi-Shaft Aluminum Foil Rewinding Machine

Automatic single-shaft and multi-shaft aluminum foil rewinding machines differ primarily in their structural design and rewinding capacity, which directly affects their suitable applications and production efficiency.

The automatic single-shaft aluminum foil rewinding machine is designed with a single rewinding shaft, enabling continuous, high-capacity rewinding. It can achieve a rewound length of up to 500 meters per roll, making it ideal for applications that require long, uninterrupted foil rolls and higher output per batch.

In contrast, the multi-shaft aluminum foil rewinding machine features multiple rewinding shafts operating simultaneously, allowing for the parallel production of several smaller rolls at once. However, due to the shared driving power and space constraints among the shafts, the maximum rewound length per roll is limited to approximately 150 meters. This design is better suited for producing shorter rolls in higher quantities, improving overall throughput for small-roll requirements.

In summary, the single-shaft machine excels in producing long-length rolls (up to 500 m), while the multi-shaft machine is optimized for high-volume production of shorter rolls (up to 150 m). The choice between the two depends on the specific roll length and production volume requirements of the application.
