Silicon Paper

Silicon paper is a common baking and cooking paper with oil-proof, anti-stick, and high temperature resistance properties. It is usually used to pad on the baking tray during baking to prevent food from sticking. It is also often used to pack greasy food or as a steamer pad.

Anti-stick property: The surface is coated with silicone oil, which can effectively prevent food from sticking.
High temperature resistance: It can withstand high temperatures (usually up to 220°C or more) and is suitable for oven use.
Oil resistance: It can block grease and is suitable for packaging greasy food.
Environmental protection: Some silicone oil papers are reusable, but they are usually disposable.
 
Common uses:
Baking: Pad on the baking tray to prevent biscuits, cakes, etc. from sticking.
Steaming: As a steamer pad to prevent food from sticking to the bottom.
Packaging: Used to wrap greasy foods, such as fried foods or butter.
Freezing: Pad between frozen foods to prevent sticking.
